Today, athletes and weekend warriors are working harder than ever to become STRONGER and HEALTHIER. They have access to all the equipment and programs but have no understanding of what they could be doing wrong. These individuals have increased their activities to high levels while creating INEFFICIENCIES and DYSFUNCTION in their movement patterns. These poor movement patterns lead to bad habits, training wrong postures and wrong muscle groups. If not found, these compensations will cause inefficient movement patterns and weaknesses that lead to injury.
My goal is the find weaknesses and functional limitations and correct them. This will be done through a holistic approach, treating the ENTIRE BODY, strengthening the weak muscles, and inhibiting the overactive ones.
